Main Components
JS2000 Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
The typical HZS120 uses a JS2000 compulsory twin-shaft mixer with 2000 L nominal discharge per batch for intensive and repeatable mixing.
PLD3200 Aggregate Batching System
Multiple aggregate fractions can be stored, weighed and transferred according to the selected concrete recipe.
Independent Weighing System
Aggregate, cement or supplementary powder, water and admixture are measured through dedicated weighing systems.
PLC Automatic Control System
Automatic batching, weighing, feeding, mixing and discharge can be managed from the control room, with manual operation retained for commissioning and maintenance.
Cement Silos & Screw Conveyors
Silo quantity and capacity are selected according to cement consumption, powder types and site logistics.

How the HZS120 Works
- Aggregates are loaded into separate storage bins.
- The batching system weighs each aggregate fraction according to the recipe.
- A belt conveyor transfers batched aggregate toward the mixing tower in a typical HZS120 layout.
- Cement or other powder, water and admixture are weighed independently.
- The JS2000 mixer produces homogeneous concrete under PLC sequence control.
- Finished concrete is discharged to mixer trucks or downstream equipment.

Installation, Transportation & Commissioning
Foundation drawings, aggregate feeding direction, silo arrangement, control room position, electrical standard and discharge requirements should be confirmed before manufacturing. The final configuration can be prepared around transport limits and local installation conditions.
HZS120 FAQ
What mixer is normally used on an HZS120 plant?
A typical HZS120 is matched with a JS2000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer with 2000 L nominal discharge per batch.
What aggregate batcher is commonly used?
PLD3200 is a common matching aggregate batching system, while bin quantity and storage capacity can be customized.
Is HZS120 suitable for commercial concrete?
Yes. Its nominal 120 m³/h class makes it suitable for medium-to-large ready-mix production and major construction projects, subject to actual recipe and operating conditions.
Can the plant be configured for cold climates?
Yes. Insulation, aggregate heating, water heating and enclosure options can be designed according to the local winter conditions.
