60 M³/H STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT
HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant

The HZS60 is a medium-capacity stationary concrete batching plant for commercial concrete production and building, road, bridge, precast and infrastructure projects. A typical configuration uses a JS1000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer, PLD1600 aggregate batching system, belt conveyor feeding, independent weighing and PLC-based automatic control.

Why Choose the HZS60?
Balanced 60 m³/h Capacity
HZS60 provides a practical production level for medium-size commercial concrete supply and engineering projects without requiring the footprint of a larger plant.
JS1000 Compulsory Mixing
The typical JS1000 twin-shaft mixer has a 1000 L nominal discharge capacity and provides intensive mixing for common commercial and engineering concrete recipes.
Continuous Belt Feeding
A belt conveyor transfers weighed aggregate from the batching system to the mixing tower, supporting stable material flow and continuous automatic production.

Main Components of the HZS60
JS1000 Twin-Shaft Mixer
The JS1000 is the typical mixing unit for HZS60. Its compulsory twin-shaft mixing action provides strong material circulation and repeatable mixing for different concrete recipes.
PLD1600 Aggregate Batching
The batching system stores multiple aggregate fractions and weighs the required quantities according to the production recipe before belt conveying.
Independent Weighing Systems
Aggregate, cement and other powders, water and admixtures are measured through dedicated weighing systems. Typical reference accuracy is ±2% for aggregate and ±1% for cement/powder, water and admixture.
Silos, Screw Conveyors & Control
Cement and other powders can be stored in project-selected silos and conveyed by screw conveyors. PLC and industrial-computer control coordinate recipes, batching, weighing, mixing and discharge.
How the HZS60 Works
1. Aggregate Batching
Different aggregate fractions are stored and weighed according to the selected concrete recipe.
2. Belt Conveying
Weighed aggregate is transferred from the batching system to the mixing tower by belt conveyor.
3. Powder Weighing
Cement, fly ash or other configured powders are conveyed from silos and weighed independently.
4. Water & Admixture Metering
Water and admixtures are measured according to the programmed recipe.
5. JS1000 Mixing
All measured materials enter the JS1000 twin-shaft mixer for compulsory mixing.
6. Concrete Discharge
The finished concrete is discharged to a mixer truck or downstream concrete production equipment.

Installation, Transport & Commissioning
The final HZS60 layout should consider aggregate storage, belt conveyor position, cement silo arrangement, mixer-truck access, foundation conditions and electrical supply. For overseas projects, container transport, destination voltage/frequency, climate and environmental requirements should be considered before the equipment configuration is finalized.
Foundation information, installation requirements, commissioning support and spare-parts requirements can be confirmed together with the technical proposal.
HZS60 FAQ
What is the capacity of the HZS60 concrete batching plant?
The reference theoretical productivity is 60 m³/h. Actual output depends on concrete recipe, mixing time, aggregate feeding, discharge cycle and operating conditions.
Which mixer is normally used for HZS60?
A typical HZS60 configuration uses a JS1000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer with a nominal discharge capacity of 1000 L.
Does HZS60 use belt conveyor or skip-hopper feeding?
The common HZS60 stationary configuration uses belt-conveyor aggregate feeding. Alternative layouts can exist, so the final feeding arrangement should be confirmed in the project configuration.
Can HZS60 be customized for export projects?
Yes. Silo combinations, aggregate bins, screw conveyors, electrical standards, enclosure, dust collection and climate-protection options can be selected according to destination and site requirements.
