Main Components of HZS90
JS1500 Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
A typical HZS90 uses a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer with 1500 L nominal discharge capacity. The twin-shaft mixing principle provides intensive material circulation for uniform mixing.
PLD2400 Aggregate Batching System
Aggregate bins store and meter sand and stone fractions. Bin quantity, capacity and feeding arrangement are selected according to aggregate types and site layout.

Independent Weighing System

Dedicated weighing units with load-cell measurement support accurate dosing of aggregate, powder, water and liquid admixtures.
PLC Automatic Control System

PLC-based control supports automatic batching and mixing, recipe management, production monitoring and manual backup operation.
Cement Silos & Screw Conveyors

Powder materials are stored in project-matched silos and transferred by screw conveyors. Silo capacity and quantity are selected according to daily consumption and material supply.
How the HZS90 Batching Plant Works
- Sand and aggregates are stored in separate aggregate bins.
- Required aggregate fractions are measured according to the concrete recipe.
- Powder, water and admixtures are weighed through their respective systems.
- Measured materials are delivered to the JS1500 mixer in the programmed sequence.
- The twin-shaft mixer completes forced mixing for the preset cycle.
- Finished concrete is discharged to a transit mixer or the next production process.

Optional Configurations
- Different aggregate bin quantities and capacities
- Cement, fly ash and other powder silos
- Matched screw conveyors
- Additional admixture dosing systems
- Dust collectors and enclosed structures
- Cold-weather heating solutions
- Hot-climate temperature-control solutions

Installation, Transportation & Commissioning
Before production, the HZS90 requires site planning, foundation preparation, mechanical assembly, electrical connection, calibration and trial operation. The plant is normally divided into transportable modules for shipment.
Provide the installation country and city, site conditions and local power supply so the installation, transport and commissioning plan can be matched to the final configuration.

HZS90 Concrete Batching Plant FAQ
What is the capacity of an HZS90 concrete batching plant?
The theoretical capacity is approximately 90 m³/h. Actual output depends on recipe, aggregate condition, feeding efficiency, mixing time and site operation.
Which mixer is normally used for HZS90?
A typical configuration uses a JS1500 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer with 1500 L nominal discharge capacity.
Can the HZS90 configuration be customized?
Yes. Aggregate bins, silos, screw conveyors, powder types, admixture systems, environmental enclosure and electrical systems can be configured for the project.
