35 M³/H STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT
HZS35 Concrete Batching Plant
The HZS35 is a compact stationary concrete batching plant for small and medium construction projects, precast production and independent project concrete supply. A typical configuration combines a JS750 twin-shaft compulsory mixer, PLD1200 aggregate batching machine, skip-hopper feeding, independent weighing and automatic control.

Why Choose the HZS35?
Compact Skip-Hoist Layout
Skip-hopper aggregate feeding reduces the horizontal space required between the batching machine and mixer, making HZS35 practical for sites with limited installation area.
JS750 Compulsory Mixing
The typical JS750 twin-shaft mixer has a 750 L nominal discharge capacity and provides intensive compulsory mixing for common construction concrete recipes.
Automatic Batching & Weighing
Aggregate, cement or powder, water and admixture are measured according to the selected recipe and coordinated through the plant control system.

Main Components of the HZS35
JS750 Twin-Shaft Mixer
The JS750 is the core mixing unit of a typical HZS35 plant. Its twin-shaft compulsory mixing action is suitable for common ready-mix, engineering and precast concrete recipes.
PLD1200 Aggregate Batching
The batching machine stores different aggregate fractions and meters the required quantity according to the selected concrete recipe.
Skip-Hopper Feeding
After batching, aggregate is lifted to the mixer by skip hopper. This arrangement helps keep the plant footprint compact compared with a long belt-feeding layout.
Weighing, Silos & Control
Cement or other powders, water and admixture are weighed independently. Cement silos and screw conveyors can be configured according to powder consumption, while the control system coordinates the complete production sequence.
How the HZS35 Works
1. Aggregate Batching
Different aggregate fractions are measured by the PLD1200 batching system according to the recipe.
2. Skip-Hopper Feeding
The weighed aggregate is lifted from the batching area to the mixer.
3. Powder Weighing
Cement and configured powder materials are conveyed from storage and weighed.
4. Water & Admixture Metering
Water and liquid admixture are measured according to the selected recipe.
5. JS750 Mixing
The measured materials enter the JS750 twin-shaft mixer for compulsory mixing.
6. Concrete Discharge
Finished concrete is discharged to the receiving vehicle or downstream production equipment.

Installation, Transport & Commissioning
The HZS35 skip-hoist layout is suitable for projects where installation space is limited. Foundation conditions, aggregate-bin arrangement, silo positions, vehicle access and electrical connection should be confirmed before final production.
For overseas projects, provide destination voltage and frequency, local climate, transport restrictions and installation requirements so the equipment configuration and technical documents can be prepared accordingly.
HZS35 FAQ
What is the capacity of the HZS35 concrete batching plant?
The reference theoretical productivity is 35 m³/h. Actual output depends on the concrete recipe, mixing time, material feeding and operating conditions.
Which mixer is typically used for HZS35?
A typical HZS35 configuration uses a JS750 twin-shaft compulsory mixer with a nominal discharge capacity of 750 L.
Does HZS35 use skip-hopper aggregate feeding?
Yes. Skip-hopper feeding is the common HZS35 arrangement and is especially useful where a compact plant layout is required.
