HZS150 Concrete Batching Plant

150 M³/H STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT

HZS150 Concrete Batching Plant

The HZS150 is a high-capacity stationary concrete batching plant designed for large ready-mix concrete plants, highways, airports, water conservancy works and major infrastructure projects. A typical HZS150 configuration combines a JS3000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer, high-capacity aggregate batching and belt feeding, independent weighing systems and PLC-based automatic control.

Why Choose the HZS150?

High Production Capacity

With a theoretical output of 150 m³/h, the HZS150 is intended for large projects that require continuous and stable concrete supply.

JS3000 Compulsory Mixing

The typical JS3000 twin-shaft mixer provides a 3000 L nominal discharge capacity and intensive mixing for commercial and engineering concrete.

Automatic Production Control

PLC and industrial computer control coordinate batching, weighing, mixing and discharge, with automatic production and manual backup functions.

Main Components

JS3000 Twin-Shaft Mixer

The JS3000 is the typical mixing unit for the HZS150 configuration. Its compulsory twin-shaft mixing action is suitable for high-volume production and different concrete recipes.

PLD4800 Aggregate Batching

A typical PLD4800 or project-specific ground-hopper batching system stores and meters multiple aggregate fractions before belt conveying to the mixing tower.

Independent Weighing

Aggregate, cement and other powders, water and admixtures are weighed independently. Typical reference accuracy is ±2% for aggregate and ±1% for powder, water and admixture.

Silos, Screw Conveyors & Control

Cement and powder silos are connected to the weighing system through screw conveyors. PLC and industrial computer control manage recipes, weighing sequences, mixing and discharge.

How the HZS150 Works

1. Aggregate Batching
Different aggregate fractions are stored and weighed according to the selected recipe.

2. Belt Feeding
Weighed aggregates are conveyed continuously to the mixing tower.

3. Powder Weighing
Cement, fly ash or other powders are transferred from silos and weighed independently.

4. Water & Admixture Metering
Water and admixtures are measured according to the recipe.

5. JS3000 Mixing
All materials enter the twin-shaft mixer for compulsory mixing.

6. Concrete Discharge
The finished batch is discharged to a mixer truck or downstream production equipment.

Installation, Transport & Commissioning

HZS150 is a large stationary plant, so the final proposal should consider foundation conditions, aggregate feeding layout, silo positions, mixer-truck access, electrical supply and transport restrictions. For export projects, sectional equipment and silo solutions can be selected according to container shipment and destination-site assembly requirements.

Foundation drawings, installation requirements, commissioning arrangements and spare-parts requirements should be confirmed together with the final equipment configuration.

HZS150 FAQ

What is the capacity of the HZS150 concrete batching plant?

The reference theoretical productivity is 150 m³/h. Actual output depends on concrete recipe, mixing time, material feeding conditions, discharge cycle and project configuration.

Which mixer is typically used for HZS150?

A typical HZS150 configuration uses a JS3000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer with a nominal discharge capacity of 3000 L.

Can the HZS150 configuration be customized?

Yes. Aggregate bins, silos, screw conveyors, weighing ranges, electrical standards, enclosure, dust collection and plant layout can be selected according to the project.
